THEMATIC

How are we going to protect our environment?

In helping and protecting our environment, we must participate when there are clean-up drive. As a teenager and a student, it's our responsibility to get involved, participate actively, and courage others to join in clean-up drives and other activities.

1. Knowing how to consume properly (don't buy unnecessary things) We should consume wisely to avoid unnecessary purchases that lead to waste and resource depletion.

2. Must know how to properly segregate. Properly segregating our waste ensures that recyclable materials are reused and harmful substances don’t pollute our environment.
3. Be mindful of our actions, because it helps us make choices that reduce our ecological footprint and protect natural ecosystems.
4. Recycle or reuse if possible. Recycling and reusing items whenever possible conserves energy, reduces landfill use, and minimizes pollution.
5. Educate yourself on environmental problems, because educating ourselves about environmental problems empowers us to make informed decisions and advocate for change.
6. Look for better alternatives that can help the environment because finding better alternatives helps reduce your environmental footprint, contributing to a healthier planet. Like choosing products with minimal packaging or those made from sustainable materials.
7. Help raise awareness on environmental issues. Raising awareness about environmental issues encourages collective action and inspires others to care for the planet.

9. Take initiative in helping the environment helps the environment shows leadership and creates real, positive impact in our communities.

REFLECTION

"REFLECTION"

a. This quarter opened my eyes to how the internet evolved from a military experiment to a global necessity. I learned about key milestones and personas like the birth of ARPANET in 1969, the precursor to the internet. When Tim Berners-Lee proposed the World Wide Web in 1989, revolutionizing how we access information, the rise of search engines like Yahoo, Google, and Bing which made navigating the web easier, and also I discovered of how blogging transformed personal expression and journalism, giving everyone a voice online to express their thoughts and experiences. These discoveries helped me appreciate how interconnected our world has become and how digital tools shape communication, learning, and creativity.

b. The problems and challenges that I have encountered this quarter is finding relevant and accurate information was really hard because of so much data online. Also some of the concepts were really confusing including the algorithms. There were also a lot of activities given to us in other subjects so it was hard to manage my time to finish my assignments, and understanding the complex topic was tough.

c. I passed these challenges and the reasons are; First, by focusing on educational websites, videos, and class materials to avoid misinformation. Second, I also reached out to my friends whenever I felt stuck. and lastly, I wrote short notes and timelines that helped me retain the key events and concepts.
I tackled these issues by:

d. Moving on, I will continue exploring on how the inte affects our society, privacy and innovation. I'll be more critical of the sources and the content I use. We were told to make our own blogs to introduce ourselves and express our ideas by writing. We all know that technology develops so fast without us realizing it, so I want to keep learning about new tools and trends that help our digital future.

LETTER

WARM GREETINGS TO YOU, PRESIDENT BONG BONG MARCOS!

Dear BBM,

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude for your continued dedication and hard work in leading our beloved Philippines. Me as a student from ISNHS, I appreciate your efforts to maintain stability, promote development, and represent our nation on the global stage are deeply appreciated. It is clear that you carry the weight of our country’s future with great responsibility, and for that, I thank you.

As a concerned Filipino and as a concerned student, I also wish to respectfully share some thoughts on areas where our country still faces challenges. While we have made strides in infrastructure, tourism, and digital transformation, many Filipinos still continue to struggle with like access to quality education, affordable healthcare, unemployed people's Job opportunities and fair wages, agricultural support, and the public transportations we always use.

I believe that with your leadership and the collective effort of our government, these issues can be addressed with compassion and urgency. We, the people, stand ready to support initiatives that uplift every Filipino and bring lasting progress to our nation.

Thank you once again for reading my concerns, and thank you for your hard work. May you continue to lead with wisdom, integrity, and a heart for the Filipino people.

Sincerely,
Charity Llanes

IF YOU EAT WELL, YOU LIVE WELL

Every July, we celebrate the nutrition month featuring various activities that promote our health. is it celebrated to raise awareness about the importance of proper nutrition and healthy lifestyles. it's core os includes promoting food and nutrition security, educating communities on balanceddiets and the impact of nutrition on health and development, combating malnutrition in all forms also mobilizing stakeholders. It shows a lot about the state of people's health and equity in society. that access to nutritions is not equal, that malnutrition is a persistent issue, that nutrition is deeply tied to education, poverty, and climate resilience, that collective matters.

Wee Martinelli's participated in different activities including making healthy salad contest, food fest, and nutrijinggle. I, myself join the nutritional with my other classmates and some of the Markov students. i thought making lyrics will be a problem for us, butthanks to John Paul who made the lyrics. It was hard, because we didn't have much practice due to different schedules, typhoon for 5 days, and it was so difficult fo find a spot where we can practice our Jinggle. But despite all of the problems and difficulties, all the efforts we put and show, it was all Worth it.

It's a reminder that nutrition isn't just a personal choice, it's a social responsibility and a national priority, not for just Filipinos but all of us.

Me, myself, and I

"ME, MYSELF, AND I"

Good day Mrs. Vera Cruz! As I start a new beginning again, I'm excited to learn and grow, expecting a challenging yet memorable last year. In this subject, I hope to gain a deeper understanding of the technology, develop my creativity and problem solving skills through projects that we're going to be doing, and collaborate with my classmates. I look forward to working with my peers, sharing ideas, and creating a positive learning environment. I can improve and continue with the support and help of my classmates, family, friends, and teachers to grow more and try harder and harder. I also expect guidance, support, and feedback from my teacher, appreciating their expertise and valuing the opportunity to learn from them. I'm eager to see what we can achieve together this year not just as classmates but also a family.

I am Charity M. Llanes, I was born on December 30, 2009 at Floridablanca, pampanga.

I live in Don Lorenzo Querubin, Caoayan, Ilocos Sur with my mother and 4 siblings. I'm not a picky eater because I still eat everything that is given to me or presented to me, but my favorite ulam is Adobo and chicken curry. My favorite drink is Matcha and mango shake. My favorite flavor of cake and sweets is chocolate. I love reading books, listening to music, and sleeping especially when it's raining.

I have lots of circle of friends and I'm grateful that they're always supporting me with everything that I want to do. They are one of the reasons why I continue to study and why I still have the courage to continue living. We're going through different things, but I'm grateful because we still support each other and work together. Sometimes we have fights, arguments, and disagreements, but we work through them through conversation.

I'm still figuring out who I am, and it's kinda hard sometimes. When you look at me, I look pretty okay, but deep down i'm just trying to get through each day. I'm like a mix of being outgoing and shy at the same time,  hanging out especially with my family, friends, and cousins. But I also need time alone to find myself. I'm still exploring my interests and passions, hoping that I will success in exploring these.

Well, I want to achieve many things even though I'm not exceptionally smart, but I'm also not dumb. I will always try my best, even though it often seems useless or like I'm not making progress, I'm gonna keep doing it until I succeed. Because trying and trying again means I'm learning more and also improving myself. By pushing myself to keep trying, I'm building resilience, learning from mistakes, and slowly but surely moving toward my goals. It's about progress, not perfection.
